Shipping Process, Timelines and Policies

We aim to ship all orders within 48-72 business hours. Orders may be delayed or put on-hold if the product is not in stock or if your billing address does not match your shipping address. Kindly contact our Sales Department to resolve the address issue if your order has been put on hold.

We ship worldwide via FEDEX, UPS, TNT or US Postal Service. All orders bound to Canada are shipped via UPS Standard or US Postal Service. All International Orders are shipped via TNT or US Postal Service.

Mvix withholds applicable sales tax for orders delivered to addresses within VA. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other location. The shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout. You will be quoted the shipping charge before your order is finalized. An email will be sent with the shipping charge before your order is shipped.

SHIPPING DAMAGE : If you receive your package and the box or package looks damaged please address the issue with the driver delivering your package.
